David's path within the Reserve Study industry spans over a decade, starting as an intern within a Florida-based office, climbing to a National Director of Operations role, and leaving to start his own business. In every position he's held, every report he's generated, and every individual he's trained, he puts his full effort into providing the highest quality he can. With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida, David has a keen understanding of financial needs for community associations, commercial properties, and more throughout the state. He's completed over 500 Reserve Studies/Structural Integrity Reserve Studies, with the majority completed in Florida before his national role. He was integral in creating the Structural Integrity Reserve Study format within the prior company, along with other responsibilities such as cost data management and training of project managers.
